If you enjoy Poker, you’ll love this one! On Sunday, February 28th, at
1:00 p.m., Mckibbin's Irish Pub is having a Texas Hold 'Em Poker Tournament at
their three locations (West Island, downtown & St-Laurent) with a
portion of the proceeds going to West Island Community Shares.
If
you don't know how to play poker but always wanted to learn, here's your
chance! A team will be on-site one hour before the tournament to give you
a crash course.
The concept is simple:
- Poker starts at 1 pm on Sunday February 28th
- Cost is $75 per player – you are given $5,000 in chips to play
- You can choose to play in any of the 3 McKibbin’s pubs in Montreal and the West Island
- The 9 winning players will advance to play at Snake’s on March 7th and could win a $3,000 prize pool.
